1 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the bgd8 platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a real person and operate the account in your own name.
• You must have the legal right to participate in online gaming services under applicable laws.
• You are agreeing to these Terms while being of sound mind and full mental capacity.

2 Account Registration and Management

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Use of third-party payment methods is not permitted.
• bgd8 reserves the right to delay processing for review of unusual transactions.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Terms and conditions relating to bgd8 bonuses and promotional offers:

• Welcome bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000, with a 10x wagering requirement.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after placing ৳20,000 in bets.
• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses apply only to players who are opening an account on bgd8 for the first time and have met all eligibility requirements.
• bgd8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent claiming of bonuses, bgd8 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.

• Operating an account on behalf of or in assistance of minors.
